Customer called and informed us that they had a house fire the night before and needed us to come in to do a soot and smoke damage restoration. Our team went in and cleaned the affected walls and ceiling, removing soot residue. Once the surfaces were thoroughly cleaned and prepared, they applied a coat of Fiberlock odor-blocking sealer to the walls. This coating helps encapsulate smoke odors, preventing them from penetrating through the finished surfaces and creating a clean foundation for future repairs or repainting.
