Customer called us because there was water in the basement and living space due to a pipe burst that happened the night before. Upon arrival, we conducted a thorough assessment of the affected area and immediately began extracting water to minimize further damage. Once the extraction was completed, we installed air-movers and dehumidifiers throughout the basement to begin the drying process. Moisture level was also documented, and the drying equipment was placed to promote efficient drying and help prevent mold growth and additional damage.
