Comment: Diego and his team were exceptional to work with. They came to do mitigation after our bathroom drain broke in the walls and left a complete mess in our basement. Diego first came by to provide a proposal, which he sent soon after the initial visit. Once we agreed to move forward, Diego and his team were punctual to work, courteous and also explained everything as they progressed through their work. They made a headache of an ordeal much easier to bear and I am super appreciative of their time and efforts. I hope we never have this problem again, but if we do, I would not hesitate to hire them again.
